Injunctive Relief
The permanent injunction granted below shall be effective immediately and shall be binding on Petitioner, JANE DOE, and Respondent, JOHN DOE; on their agents, servants, employees, and attorneys; and on those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this order by personal service or otherwise.
IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that JANE DOE and
JOHN SMITH are permanently enjoined from:
- Intentionally communicating with the other party in person or in any manner, including by telephone or another electronic voice transmission, video chat, in writing, or electronic messaging, by use of vulgar, profane, obscene, or indecent language or in a coarse or offensive manner, with intent to annoy or alarm the other
- Threatening the other party in person or in any other manner, including by telephone or another electronic voice transmission, video chat, in writing, or electronic messaging, to take unlawful action against any person, intending by this action to annoy or alarm the other
- Placing a telephone call, anonymously, at any unreasonable hour, in an offensive and repetitious manner, or without a legitimate purpose of communication with the intent to annoy or alarm the other
- Making derogatory or disparaging comments, whether verbally, in writing, texts or emails, or posting on social media regarding the other party to employers or employees and their spouses, and family members of the other.
Petitioner and Respondent waive issuance and service of the writ of injunction, by stipulation or as evidenced by the signatures below. IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner and Respondent shall be deemed to be duly served with the writ of injunction.
